Refund Policy

 

REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

 

1. All refunds approved by the Board of Directors will be in the form of an "Activity Credit". This credit can be applied to any activity in the FSQ/ELM PAL Unit within six months of the original registration date for the same registrant or sibling. Activity Credits cannot be assigned or transferred and are valid only for the individual who registered for the event or sibling.  Activity credit refund must be requested no later than 30 days after the official start date of the registered activity. No refunds of any kind will be granted after 30 days from the start of the activity. Activity credits expire six months from the original registration date.

 

2.  Cash/check refund requests may be requested if received in writing within 10 calendar days of the official start date of the activity.  The start date may include but not be limited to games, practice, meetings and any official league event or activity as designated by the Board of Directors in order to be considered.  No cash/check refunds will be considered 10 calendar days after the registered activity has commenced.

3.   An insurance and processing fee of $ 25.00 will be applied to all approved refunds.

 

4.    All decisions of the Franklin Square-Elmont PAL Board of Directors are final.
